We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.After 14 days, no returns are allowed for any reason, but the mall will have a buffer period from 14 to 30 days for better customer service if the watch is damaged, and you can negotiate with customer service about the price difference or shipping cost for an exchange during the buffer period!
1、Return policy
The watch or band must be returned in the original condition in which it was sold and cannot be worn, altered or damaged in any way.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Product protective film should not be removed.
Any items returned that do not pass the customer service quality check (scratches, wear and tear, damage) will be returned to you without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2、Exceptions/Non returnable items
Customized Merchandise
Custom Orders Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All custom orders are final sale.
Event/Special Offer Merchandise
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on specials or gift cards.
3、Watch Damage
Shipping Damage Issues
We will strictly inspect your purchased watch before shipment to make sure there is no damage before shipment, and it will be tightly packed, the purpose of this is to reduce our after-sale work and reduce the probability of the watch being damaged in transit, but the probability of damage is one in a thousand. Please check your order when you sign for it, if your package is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We want our customers to always have a good experience and we will resolve issues promptly!
Non-Shipping Damage Issues
We categorize the damage of watches into three parties, i.e. us, the courier company and the customer, in order to have a better after-sale, we clarify the responsibilities of the three parties. Courier can be judged as transportation damage within 48 hours of signing, and non-transportation damage can only be defined as non-transportation damage caused by man-made or accidental reasons after 48 hours of signing, that is to say, it can't be judged as the damage is the responsibility of us as well as the courier company. However, we are oriented to customer satisfaction! We take customer satisfaction as the main after-sales service attitude, and adhere to our after-sales commitment, although the responsibility does not lie in our side, but we are willing to cooperate with the customer side in the after-sales processing, such as this case, you can contact our customer service staff to discuss the program.
Exchange
If your order is not quite what you expected and you want to exchange it, we are more than happy to fulfill your request. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return it, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
To initiate a refund, the product must be sent back to the seller as described in the return policy and the shipment tracking number must be shared with the seller. If you choose to exchange an item outside of the 14-day refund policy, no refund will be issued for the replacement item unless the item is defective.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you in the same way you originally paid. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund. Please note that it may take up to 25 days for the item to reach us. After processing, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Other commodities
The return and exchange terms for other items are the same as for watches, with no special differences.
